Tutor Criteria

We are very picky about our tutors! All of them must demonstrate:

First-rate knowledge of their subject (eg, a degree in the subject of tuition)
Previously-demonstrated commitment and enjoyment of working with young people (for example, teaching, tutoring, voluntary work, etc) or of working in an educational environment
The enthusiasm and commitment necessary to make one-to-one sessions really work

We always interview our tutors and seek at least two references.
